Once the chair's office has confirmed the Chair is able to visit or open your event, a civic engagement form will be sent to you. It would be helpful if this could be completed and returned as soon as possible. We would need it at least two weeks before the event, along with any other information or literature on your charity or company, or the event itself. This is particularly helpful if you have requested that you wish the chair to make a speech.
