Decisions

To secure Portfolio Holder approval to use Section 106 contributions held by the District Council for improvements to the children’s play area at Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe.

AGREED that:

a)      a Section 106 contribution of £21,707.36 secured through AG1180 and held by the District Council to be used toward the provision, maintenance, repair or enhancement of community facilities in Edwinstowe be paid to Edwinstowe Parish Councill, for improvements at the children’s play area at Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe; and

b)      the Council’s Capital Programme is increased by £21,707.36, financed by Section 106 agreement AG1180 Community Facilities Contribution.

AGREED that the Executive Shareholder Committee note the Arkwood Performance Report (attached as the Appendix) and consider the Company’s performance for Quarter 1 2024/25.  

AGREED that the Executive Shareholder Committee note the performance of Active4Today up to period 04 2024-25.

That Cabinet note:

a)       the exceptions to performance of the housing service compliance functions; and

b)       the new format for performance for Quarter 1 2024.25 onwards.

That Cabinet:

a)      review the Community Plan Performance Report attached as Appendix 1;

b)      review the compliance report attached as Appendix 2; and

c)      consider the Council’s performance against its objectives highlighting any areas of high performance and identifying areas for improvement.

That Cabinet:

a)      note the General Fund projected favourable outturn variance of £0.145m;

b)      note the Housing Revenue Account projected unfavourable outturn variance of £0.048m to the Major Repairs Reserve;

c)      approve the variations to the Capital Programme at Appendix C;

d)      approve the Capital Programme revised budget and financing of £63.232m; and

e)      note the Prudential indicators at Appendix F.
