AGREED that:
1. £32,763 of the £64,614.52 s.106 contribution for Children and Young People Space secured through AG1180 and transferred to the Edwinstowe Parish Council following a Portfolio Holder decision on 22nd September 2022 to develop a skate park be redesignated as s.106 funding for Sports Pitch Contribution;
2. subject to recommendation 1 being agreed, a Section 106 contribution of £32,763 secured through AG1180 by the District Council be transferred to Edwinstowe Parish Council as a contribution to Children and Young People space improvements in Edwinstowe to fund improvements to a play area; and
3. the Council’s Capital Programme be amended as per recommendation 1 above and increased by £32,763 funded through AG1180 Children and Young People space contribution for an enhancement to play provision in Edwinstowe.
