Performance of Arkwood - Quarter 1 2025/26 Additional documents: Decision: That Members note the Arkwood Performance Report (attached as the Appendix) and consider company’s performance against its targets and objectives highlighting any areas of high performance and identifying areas for improvement. Minutes: The Non-Executive Director and the Managing Director- Arkwood Developments were in attendance to present the performance information for Quarter 1. In addition, Members heard updates on progress at sites including Cambridge, Wirksworth and Long Bennington. Members noted that sales nationally were slower and people were now choosing to wait until they could view showhomes, rather than purchase ‘off-plan’. This had meant slower sales however there was still demand for properties. The willingness of Arkwood to build different types of housing, including smaller houses and bungalows was positive and enabled it to respond to market demand.
AGREED (unanimously) That Members note the Arkwood Performance Report (attached as the Appendix) and consider company’s performance against its targets and objectives highlighting any areas of high performance and identifying areas for improvement. |
