That the appointment of representatives to the Lilley and Stone School Charity for 2024/25 as set out in paragraph 1.3 of the report be approved.
Reasons for the decision:
To nominate representatives in accordance with the Trust’s Governing Document to ensure it is able to function effectively.
Alternative options considered:
Not to make any appointments – the Council has not appointed representatives to the Charity since 2016-17.
