Purpose:

To formally adopt the revised governance arrangements that have been approved by the Joint Committee.

Decision:

AGREED that the revised Agreement in relation to the Mansfield and District Crematorium Committee is formally adopted on behalf of Newark & Sherwood District Council.

Reasons for the decision:

The Agreement has been updated as necessary to reflect revised governance arrangements at Newark & Sherwood District Council.

 

In addition, at the request of the Joint Committee, some clarification has been added regarding which types of decision should be referred by Officers to the Committee.
